Grand Rapids Wildlife Rehabilitation

We are an independent, state permitted wildlife rehabilitation service in Grand Rapids, MN. We provide rehabilitation and emergency care to most Minnesota species.

Help us expand!

We need more space! Every year our patient load increases and we are at the point where we need more space to handle our case load. We want to put up a new building that has 2 rooms- 1 for general rehab and 1 for quarantine. We also would like to build more pre-release enclosures.

Our general rehab room will be for noncritical patients that are completing their rehabilitation journey with us. Having this extra space will also give us the opportunity to start having volunteers come in and help take care of the animals.

Our quarantine room will be for patients that have contagious illnesses such as HPAI, mange and pox. When this strain of HPAI hit the US we had to convert an old building on our property into a quarantine space for species that were susceptible to this virus. The current space isn’t heated, the roof leaks and it floods. We desperately need to create a new space for these patients.

We need your help to build a secure, warm and adequate building for our wildlife in need. If you would like to donate, you can mail us a check, drop off cash, use our Venmo or donate through our GoFundMe. Thank you for helping us help them!
